Suggested Use: Bring water to boil and then add 2-3 tsp(s) of loose-leaf tea to the provided reusable silicone tea bag. Place the tea bag inside your cup. Pour 1 cup of water into the tea cup. Steep for 5 – 10 minutes. Optional to add your favorite sweetener (ie: Agave syrup)
*Drink this tea in addition to increasing the number of times you breastfeed and/or pump.
Yields about 17 tea bags (1 tsp per bag) or about 8-9 tea bags (2 tsps per bag)
